Arab National Bank (ANB) announces that Arab Bank PLC (Amman/Jordon) passed a resolution today appointing Mr. Bassem Ibrahim Awadallah as a (Non-Executive Member) representing Arab Bank PLC (Amman/Jordon) in ANB Board of Directors with effect from 01/09/2016 to replace Mr. Riyad Burhan Kamal) Non-Executive Member
Mr. Bassem Awadallah holds Master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Economics and Political Science from London university and a Bachelor’s degree in Science in International Relations and Economics from Georgetown university in the USA. He held many positions in Banking Investments in the United Kingdom and was a member of many financial institutions with extensive experience in economics and consultation fields.
The Chairman and Board members of ANB welcomed Mr. Bassem Awadallah to the board wishing him success and expressed their sincere thanks to Mr. Riyad Burhan Kamal for his valuable contribution during his tenure as a serving member of the ANB Board.
