Crédit Agricole CIB provides investments solutions and portfolio diversification to investors through its complete range of capital markets products and services such as Rates, Forex and Debt & Credit Markets (Uridashi, Bond, Green Bond, EMTN etc).
In addition, leveraging on its recognized expertise in structured finance (Project Finance, Aircraft Finance, Real Estate, Export and Trade Finance), Crédit Agricole CIB in Japan aims at financing large Corporates (locally and globally) and supports them in their investments and / or projects overseas.
HISTORY AND ORGANISATION
Crédit Agricole CIB, the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of Credit Agricole Group, has established in Japan in 1936. In line with local regulation, it is operating under both a Banking and a Securities license through two entities:
- Crédit Agricole CIB – Tokyo Branch;
- Crédit Agricole Securities Asia B.V. – Tokyo Branch.
Credit Agricole CIB is also a primary dealer of Japanese government bonds (JGBs) and a member of the Japan Securities Clearing Corporation for JPY Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) Clearing.
