Markup Rates
Floating Rate is subject to annual revision from the time of loan booking. Any change in the markup is linked to KIBOR; hence, there could be an upward or downward revision (if required) after every twelve (12) months from the date of the loan booking.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum monthly income: For Salaried – Rs. 25,000 & for SEB / SEP – Rs. 75,000
- Age: 23 to 65 years
- Resident Pakistani self-employed businessman / professional or salaried individual
- Minimum loan size: Rs. 1,000,000
Documentation Requirements
- Copy Of CNIC
- Two recent Photographs each of primary as well as co-borrowers
- Signed LOU (Letter of Understanding), which states the applicable rate at the time of booking of loan.
- Other Documents are required to substantiate the length of business
- General Income Documents for Salaried and SEB / SEP are given below. However, the required documentation as per your profession and income segment shall be communicated to you by our respective Relationship Managers.
