First step
- Meeting with a recruiter who looks after the area in the bank to which you apply and the manager – your future supervisor. For some roles, an additional step may be a meeting with the Division Director.
Step two
- If a need arises, or the role you are applying for requires it – in this step we can ask you to complete a task that will help us get to know you even better.
Step three
- There is only feedback left for you – regardless of the decision. If the decision is positive – you will receive a cooperation offer from us.
First days at BNP Paribas Bank
Formalities
- Signing the contract, picking up the equipment and some necessary formalities. Depending on your workplace, you will learn the most important elements for efficient and independent functioning in the new environment.
Onboarding and training
- We will take care of correctly introducing you to your new role.
Introduction to the team
- We cannot guarantee that you will get to know all colleagues from the team in person immediately (hybrid work model) 🙂 but you will certainly have the opportunity to get to know the team in the first days. You can count on their support from the very beginning.
