How to Register
- Login to your Online Banking account
- Navigate to ‘Register for Phone Banking’ located under Request Forms
- Fill and submit the application form
- Upon receiving your new credentials for phone banking you can dial the hotline numbers mentioned below to access a wide range of banking services
How to Use the Interactive Voice Response Machine (IVR)
- Customer calls 44456000
- Customer selects the language (1) for Arabic & (2) for English
- Customer select option (3) for banking services menu
- Customer enter customer number followed by hash key
- Customer enter TPIN followed by hash key

- Access your Online Banking account
- Navigate to Phone Banking and click on Reset Password
- Authenticate your One Time Password
- Receive new IVR/Phone Banking password on your registered mobile number & Email ID
