Ala’a Eraiqat (CHAIRMAN)

Ala’a Eraiqat is the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of ADCB Group. Ala’a first joined ADCB in 2004, holding numerous senior positions prior to his appointment as CEO in 2009. He is an experienced leader in the UAE’s financial sector and has spent much of his career in senior posts at leading international banks, including Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank.

He also serves on the board of Abu Dhabi National Hotels PJSC, on the MasterCard Asia/Pacific, Middle East & Africa Regional Advisory Board, and on the Mubadala Infrastructure Partners Advisory Board

Deepak Khullar (DIRECTOR)

Deepak is Group Chief Financial Officer of ADCB Group. He has been responsible for finance, strategy, investor relations and strategic sourcing at ADCB since joining the bank in 2008. Previously, he spent 15 years with Standard Chartered Bank in the Middle East and in Korea.

Before joining Standard Chartered, Deepak worked for 12 years with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse & Co. (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in the Middle East and India. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).

Kevin Taylor (DIRECTOR)

Kevin has over 30 years of global experience in banking and finance. As Head of the Treasury & Investment Group at ADCB, Kevin is responsible for FX trading and sales, derivative trading and sales, and fixed income and investments personnel along with money market, balance sheet analytics teams.

He is a member of the UAE Banks Federation Financial Markets Committee, and previously held significant treasury and risk positions in global organisations such as ALICO, Citigroup, Westpac Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Kevin holds an MBA from Macquarie University in Australia and a Master of Science in Risk Management from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

Saoud Al Jassem (DIRECTOR, CHAIRMAN OF AL HILAL BANK KAZAKHSTAN)

Saoud, a specialist in corporate banking, wealth management, trade finance and auditing, has held various senior positions in a number of top banks in the region.

As well as a Member of the Board of Al Hilal Bank, he has been elected as Chairman of Al Hilal Bank Kazakhstan to oversee its operations.

He has over 17 years of banking experience, and currently leads the development of ADCB’s relationship and service offering with the various local and federal governments in UAE as Head of Government Banking.

Prior to this role, he managed the government banking in Dubai & the Northern Emirates and headed Strategic Accounts within Transaction Banking in the region.

Earlier in his career, he specialised in Wealth Management and client relationship management at EmiratesNBD. He also held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) within the Global Internal Audit Department in MENA/SA as well Global Corporate where he started his career and spent over 7 years in various assignments.

Saoud holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School (UK) and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia, USA.

Mohammed Jayyash (DIRECTOR)

Mohammed Jayyash is the Chief Service Officer within the Group Chief Executive Office at ADCB, where he has worked since 2006. He is additionally the Vice Chairman of ITMAM Shared Services, a director on the boards of ADCB’s subsidiary companies Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties and Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emirates Digital Wallet L.L.C.

With over 15 years in the banking sector, he is a specialist in service excellence, branch operations and customer experience management.

Prior to joining ADCB, Mohammed worked at Dubai Islamic Bank and National Bank of Dubai. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Ghurair University, a diploma in banking from Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies, Sharjah, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from Ashridge Executive Education HULT, UK.
