Our Glasgow office provide investment, agency and asset management advice on investment acquisitions, disposals and funding’s across all sectors as well as strategic occupier solutions and corporate occupier disposals. The team act for a full range of institutional, property company and private wealth investors, as well as multinational corporate occupier clients. In addition, the team work with the our international teams to deliver cross border investment into Scotland.

Our expert RICS-registered valuers provide accurate, independent and rigorous valuations across all commercial asset classes and the residential market, from single assets to portfolio services. Our market-facing team works with dedicated in-house researchers to provide point-of-the-market advice including qualitative assessments, comparisons with recent transactions and up-to-date forecasts. Building Consultancy
Our experienced Building Consultancy team offer a range of services, both professional and building projects. Representing a range of parties, including investors, landlords and tenants, they deliver technical expertise presented in a commercial manner, allowing clients to benefit from the market knowledge they team have acquired as part of a multi-disciplinary business.
