The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) delisted Samba Financial Group’s shares from Tadawul All-Share Index (TASI) and the Banks Industry Group index from April 4, 2021.
Last week, Samba announced the creditor objection period’s expiry on March 31, 2021, without receiving any creditor objections, Argaam reported.
Accordingly, Samba and National Commercial Bank (NCB) merged, starting operations under the name, Saudi National Bank.
