BNP Paribas Poland Open

The BNP Paribas Poland Open tournament is the biggest tennis event in Poland, organized since 2021. The tournament is a part of the WTA main circuit, which means the presence of the best players from Poland as well as foreign countries can be expected.

The titular sponsor of the tournament is BNP Paribas Bank, which strategically supports tennis all over the world.

The first edition of BNP Paribas Poland Open took place in July 2021 in Gdynia, which was opened with a special charity match by the best Polish tennis players – Iga Świątek and Hubert Hurkacz. The Belgian, Maryna Zanevska, for whom it was the first title in her career, triumphed in the tournament.

Main singles draw will include 32 players from the WTA world ranking. There will also be 16 doubles pairings and 16 qualifiers fighting for the spot in the main draw.

The organizers have prepared a lot of attractions and surprises for tennis fans and a zone designated for children.

The WTA 250 tournament in our country is one of thirty such events played annually around the world. Poland is now a part of this honorable group, which places our country back on the tennis map.
