| Effective Monday 3/1/2022, NBQ branches will open 6 days a week from 8:00 am till 3:00 pm on Monday -Thursday & Saturday, and 7:30 am till 12:30pm on Friday, closed on Sunday. |

| Amendments to Cheque Clearing, Payments and Transfers schedule |
| Cheque clearing services, local fund transfers (using UAEFTS), Wages Protection System services as well as Direct Debits processing will now be available from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being Bank closed in line with the UAE Central Bank directives. For your convenience, our Digital Banking Services such as Mobile Banking, Online Banking, ATMs and Deposit machines will help you carry out your banking requirements anytime and from anywhere. Our Call Centre is available 24×7. |
