Shopping at LuLu Stores
Doha Bank LuLu Platinum Mastercard Credit Card customers will earn Lulu points on all purchases at LuLu stores in Qatar and at LuLu Online Store.
For cards issued against Salary Transfer, the customer can get 5% savings on Shopping at LuLu stores in Qatar in the form of LuLu points.
For cards issued against Fixed Deposit, the customer can get 2% savings on Shopping at LuLu stores in Qatar in the form of LuLu points.

Example. Mr. Abdulla is a salary transfer customer; he spends QR 3,000 at the LuLu Store using his Doha Bank LuLu Platinum Mastercard Credit Card.
Mr. Abdulla will earn 1 LuLu Point against every 1 QR, that is 3000 LuLu points. As each LuLu point is worth 0.05 QR, Mr. Abdulla will earn LuLu points worth QR 150 which is equivalent to 5% of spend.
Shopping Outside LuLu Stores
Your earnings are not limited to spends at LuLu Stores only! You can also get 1% savings on your spend outside LuLu stores locally or internationally.
Redeem LuLu Points
Your Lulu Points are only redeemable at Lulu Stores in Qatar. Un-redeemed points will expire after 12 months from points earning date. You can also view your earned, redeemed and expired Lulu points via logging on to dohamiles.com.

Lulu Points on credit card transactions in European Economic Area (EEA) Countries
Please note effective from January 5, 2021 we will be revising the Lulu Points earning on your eligible transactions carried out in European Economic Area (EEA) countries as defined by Mastercard when you use your Doha Bank Lulu Platinum Mastercard Credit Card.

No Annual Fees
Customer with a salary of QR 10,000 and above or with a minimum block deposit against the card of QR 10,000 will not be charged any annual fee and the card will be free for life. 2 Supplementary Cards will be issued free for life. An annual fee of QR 300/- will apply for customers with a salary of less than QR 10,000 or a card opened against a lien deposit of less than QR 10,000.
